Add each barber with the days and hours they work and the services they do. If one doesn't do designs or straight-razor shaves, don't assign them: the booking page will only offer their times for what they actually do. Days off and blocked time are set per barber, without touching anyone else's schedule.
Haircut, beard and combo, each with its own time
A fade, a beard trim and the haircut-and-beard combo don't take the same time. List them as separate services with their length and the minutes to clean the chair. That way the client who books the combo isn't squeezed into a plain haircut slot, and Saturday doesn't run behind from 10:00 am on.
Fewer no-shows at the times in highest demand
If Saturdays fill up and someone is always missing, ask for a deposit only on those services or for new clients. The client pays through their bank or payment app, uploads the payment receipt and you approve it. The payment doesn't go through Citalu. Regular clients can keep booking without a deposit.

Does the client have to download an app to book at my barbershop?
No. They open your link in the browser, pick the service, the barber and the time, and leave their name, phone and email.
Can I still add clients who walk in without an appointment?
Yes. You enter them from the dashboard in any barber's open time, and the booking page stops offering that slot.
