Booking Software for Lash Artists and Lash Studios
A lash studio needs to reserve the full block for each job. With Citalu you can set apart full sets, fills and removals, give each one its length, and ask for a deposit when it makes sense.

A fill is not always the same as a full set
Set clear criteria so the client picks the right service. If you need to check the state of the work before you accept a fill, say so and offer a way to ask you. The system does not evaluate photos or decide which technique should be done.
Protect the long blocks
Canceling a long session can leave a gap that is hard to fill. Explain before booking how to ask for a change and whether you ask for a deposit. Keep your business policy and the payment deadline setting separate: stating a rule does not make it run automatically.
Continuity with a shared schedule
Assign each technique to the lash artists trained for it, and check upcoming appointments before you change shifts. Use the booking history to find earlier visits. Notes are for operations; don't use the schedule as a clinical record or as a product safety assessment.

How to put it into practice
- Create separate services for full set, fill and removal.
- Publish clear conditions for accepting a fill.
- Check pending payment receipts every day.
A common question
Does the next fill get scheduled automatically?
No. Citalu does not promise automatic recurrence. Agree on the next visit with the client and book a new appointment with real availability.
