How Booksy pricing works
Booksy has a single plan with all its features and a 14-day trial. It includes 2,000 free marketing texts a month, and confirmations and reminders are always free. The cost that grows is staff: each extra team member adds $20 a month.
Boost and card fees
Booksy charges no commission on new clients who find you online while Boost is off. With Boost on, it charges a one-time 30% fee, up to $100. Mobile payments cost 2.69% + $0.30, the card reader 2.49% + $0.10 and Tap to Pay 2.49% + $0.20. Fast payouts cost 1.5%.
What Citalu includes
Every plan has a booking page with a link and QR code, deposits reviewed with a payment receipt, Google Calendar, email reminders and reports. Estudio adds 150 WhatsApp reminders a month with a button to confirm, and Salón brings 300. From Estudio you also get CITU, a WhatsApp assistant that sends you the day's appointments each morning. Citalu takes no commission on your clients or deposits.
What Booksy does better
Booksy has a consumer app where people look for salons and barbers, and that can bring you new clients. It also takes card payments. Citalu has no marketplace and no SMS: your clients book from your link in the browser, with nothing to download.
