How GlossGenius pricing works
The plans go by business size. Gold is for businesses of up to 9 staff, and Platinum for teams of 10 or more with unlimited team members. The page does not state a staff limit for Standard. All plans have a 14-day free trial with no card.
What you pay beyond the plan
GlossGenius lists 2.4% + $0.15 for in-person payments in its FAQ and 2.9% + $0.30 for online invoices. Instant payouts cost an extra 1.8%. Platinum includes 2,500 text credits. The pricing page does not publish the price of extra texts.
What Citalu includes
Every plan has a booking page with a link and QR code, deposits reviewed with a payment receipt, Google Calendar, email reminders and reports. Estudio adds 150 WhatsApp reminders a month with a button to confirm, and Salón brings 300. From Estudio you also get CITU, a WhatsApp assistant that sends you the day's appointments each morning. Citalu takes no commission on your clients or deposits.
What GlossGenius does better
GlossGenius processes cards inside the app and has plans built for medspas. If you want to charge the full service by card in one system, that matters. Citalu does not process cards: it records what your clients paid you.
