How Vagaro pricing works

Vagaro charges by bookable calendar. The pricing page lets you pick from Just Me up to 7+ and says each calendar license you add costs $10, up to seven. After seven licenses you can add more employees at no extra cost. It offers a 30-day free trial and no cancellation fees.

What Vagaro includes that Citalu does not

Vagaro is a wider system. Its plan lists inventory tracking, memberships, packages, gift certificates, loyalty programs, SOAP notes, invoices, card payments and a free listing on the Vagaro Marketplace. If you run those processes in one place, it may suit you better. Citalu does not have inventory, gift cards or a marketplace.

What Citalu includes

Every plan has a booking page with a link and QR code, deposits reviewed with a payment receipt, Google Calendar, email reminders and reports. Estudio adds 150 WhatsApp reminders a month with a button to confirm, and Salón brings 300. From Estudio you also get CITU, a WhatsApp assistant that sends you the day's appointments each morning. Citalu takes no commission on your clients or deposits.

When the price difference matters

The gap grows with your team, because Vagaro adds $10 per calendar and Citalu has one price up to 5 people. At 7 calendars Vagaro reaches $83.99 during its first-6-months rate, and Citalu Salón stays at $24.99 with no staff limit.

Where these numbers come from

We read every Vagaro number on vagaro.com/pro/pricing on October 31, 2026. Prices change, so confirm them on that page before you decide. Vagaro is a trademark of its owner and Citalu has no relationship with it.
