Booking Page Checklist: Review It Before You Publish

Before you publish, check that the visible information and the availability match how you actually operate. This downloadable checklist helps you review the catalog, the team and the whole path of a booking.

Verify information and capacity

Review the name, contact details, services and photos. Check the staff assigned, work hours and known time off. Enter the commitments you already made through other channels so those times aren't offered to the public.

Test payments and instructions

If you ask for a deposit, check that your payment details are current and that the amount and balance are clear. Decide who reviews the receipts and within what deadline. A complete setup also needs someone in charge of running it.

Check it on the client's device

Open the link on a phone with no admin login. Go through choosing a service, a time and entering details. Check the resulting status in the dashboard and release the test bookings. Only then share the link on your channels.

How to put it into practice

  1. Download the checklist and assign someone to be in charge.
  2. Run each check in the dashboard and from your phone.
  3. Fix the open items before you share the link.
