Book Multiple Services in One Appointment
A multi-service booking groups several services into one visit. Citalu keeps the breakdown of services and the full length of the session so the extra work doesn't get buried in a note.

Show what will be done
Add the services that make up the visit and check the resulting price and length. If an extra service takes time, it has to be listed as such. A note that says "also brows" is not enough to book that work correctly.
Check the block when you change the appointment
A time slot can fit a short service and not the full session. When you reschedule, check all the services and the end time. Tell the client about any change in scope before you accept a different combination.
A session is not a package
Grouping services in one appointment is not the same as selling a prepaid package with a balance of visits, or coordinating simultaneous services with several providers. Those need extra agreements and records; don't present them as automatic booking features.

How to put it into practice
- Select all the agreed services.
- Check length, price and provider before you confirm.
- When you reschedule, look for availability for the full session.
A common question
Does this manage multi-visit packages?
No. A session with several services is different from a package with a balance and future redemptions.
