Dental Office Scheduling Software With WhatsApp Reminders
A dental office loses hours when a patient misses a long appointment. In Citalu each treatment has its length, each dentist has their hours and the patient gets the WhatsApp reminder to confirm. The patient books from your link. Citalu does not have dental charting or medical records.

Each treatment with its own time
An exam, a cleaning and a root canal session do not take the same time. Publish them as separate services with their length and the time to set up the chair. What you decide after the exam, you schedule yourself from the dashboard, at the open time you choose.
Treatments with several visits
When a treatment takes several appointments, schedule each session from the dashboard when the last one ends. They all stay in the patient profile, with the history, and each one gets its own reminder.
Hours by dentist and by specialty
The orthodontist who comes two afternoons a week and the general dentist who works every day each have their own hours and services. The patient only sees the times of the person who does what they chose.
How to put it into practice
- Add the exam and the cleaning with their real length.
- Create each dentist with their days and treatments.
- Put the link in your WhatsApp and schedule the sessions of each treatment yourself from the dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Does Citalu have dental charting or medical records?
No. Citalu organizes appointments, reminders and deposits. The patient profile keeps contact details, appointment history and short notes.
Can I schedule the treatments myself after the exam?
Yes. From the dashboard you create the appointment at any open time and pick the treatment, and the patient gets their reminder just as if they had booked on their own.
