Medical Office Scheduling Software With Online Booking

Citalu is online scheduling software for small medical offices. Your patients book from a link without downloading anything, each doctor has their own hours, and patients get a WhatsApp reminder they can confirm with one tap. It organizes appointments. It does not replace medical records.

By the Citalu team

First visit and follow-up, each with its own time

A first visit does not last as long as a follow-up. Set them up as separate services, each with its own length and the minutes you need between one patient and the next. The booking page only offers times where the full visit fits.

Each doctor with their own hours

If several doctors work in the office, each one has their own days, hours and services. Vacations, conferences and surgery hours are blocked per doctor without touching anyone else's schedule. The daily schedule shows the whole team.

Fewer no-shows

Starting with the Estudio plan, the patient gets a WhatsApp reminder with a button to confirm. If they can't make it, they cancel from their link within the window you choose, and the slot opens up for someone else. After each appointment you mark whether they came, and in their profile you see how many times they missed.

How to put it into practice

  1. Add the first visit and the follow-up with their real length.
  2. Create each doctor with their hours and the services they see.
  3. Share your booking link on WhatsApp, on your Google profile and on Instagram.

Frequently asked questions

Does Citalu work as a medical record system?

No. Citalu organizes appointments. Each patient's profile keeps contact details, appointment history and short notes, but it is not a medical record. If you use an electronic medical record system, you can keep using it alongside Citalu.

Does the patient have to download an app?

No. They open your link in the browser, choose the visit, the doctor and the time, and leave their name, phone and email. They don't need to create an account.

Can I charge a deposit for the visit?

Yes. You can ask for a fixed deposit or a percentage. The patient pays by Zelle or bank transfer, uploads the payment receipt, and you approve it. The payment does not go through Citalu.
