Add the 50-minute session with a 10-minute break, and the intake session if it runs longer. The page only offers times where the whole session fits, so you don't stack patients back to back with no breathing room.
In-person and online sessions
Publish the online session as a separate service. Citalu does not host the video call: use the platform you already use and send the link to your patient. Both formats stay on the same schedule.
What is shared and what is not
The patient books without creating an account and only leaves a name, phone and email. Nobody sees other patients' appointments: the public page only shows open times. Your notes stay in the dashboard, for you and for anyone you give access.

Does Citalu work as a clinical record?
No. Each patient's profile keeps contact details, appointment history and short notes. For clinical notes, keep using the record you already keep.
Does Citalu do the video call?
No. You can publish the online session as a service, but you send the video call link yourself from the platform you use.
What if the patient cancels late?
You choose how many hours ahead they can cancel from their link. If you want to hold the time with a deposit, the patient uploads the payment receipt and you approve it.
