WhatsApp Scheduling Assistant to Book Your Appointments

CITU is a WhatsApp assistant connected to your Citalu schedule. You message it like a person, for example "book Sofia on Monday at 10, full bikini". It finds the time using your services and your hours, and the appointment is created when you tap "Book". It also sends you the day's appointments at 8:00 am, along with the clients who are due back. It comes with the Estudio and Salón plans; in the free trial you turn it on and book 10 appointments by chat at no cost.

What you can ask it

See your schedule for today, tomorrow or the week, look for open times, find a client, book an appointment, move or cancel it, block time, add a note to an appointment or a client profile, and add or remove staff from your team. You can also set a special price ("I charge Ana $5 for the design") and create, change or pause your promotions. You message it or send a voice note in your own words, in one message or several in a row: it waits half a minute and answers everything together. You can also forward it a client's message, and CITU pulls out the service, day and time. With /hoy, /mañana and /semana you see the schedule without typing more.

Nothing happens without your confirmation

To book, CITU shows you the client, the service with its length, the price, the day and the staff member, with the buttons Book, Add note and Fix. Moving or canceling an appointment also needs your yes. If the time is taken, it offers you the open times for that day and other days right away.

It works with your data and doesn't make things up

It uses your services, prices, lengths, hours, days off and your business's time zone. If a service isn't on your menu, it tells you instead of making one up. The appointment lands on your schedule as your own appointment, with its reminder for the client.

An assistant for you, not a chatbot for your clients

CITU only answers the number you confirmed with a code. To your clients it only sends the reminder with buttons, with no conversation. Your chats with them stay in your WhatsApp as always.

Which plan includes it

CITU comes with the Estudio plan ($14.99 a month, up to 5 staff members) and the Salón plan ($24.99, no limit). In the 14-day free trial you turn on CITU at no cost: your first 10 clients get their reminder on WhatsApp and you book 10 appointments by messaging it. To read your messages, CITU uses an artificial intelligence provider. Messages are stored to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains.

Frequently asked questions

Does CITU reply to my clients?

It doesn't chat with them. It sends the appointment reminder with a button to confirm (if they write "Confirm" or "Yes", it's also confirmed); if they reply with anything else, they get their pass and your WhatsApp once so they can talk to you.

Do I need WhatsApp Business or a new number?

No. You message CITU from your WhatsApp, with the number you confirmed in the dashboard.

How many messages does it include?

Estudio includes 150 reminders a month for your clients and 100 assistant messages (the chat with you, the daily summary and the alerts). Salón includes 300 reminders and 120 assistant messages. When you run out, each message uses a credit: a $5 pack adds 80 credits, and credits last 12 months. We email you when you reach 80%.

Why does CITU have a message limit?

Because every message has a cost. CITU uses the official WhatsApp Business channel, Meta's: your clients get the reminder from a verified number, with the button to confirm, and your personal WhatsApp isn't at risk of being blocked because CITU sends from its own number. Meta charges for each message that goes out on that channel, including chat replies, and the price changes by country. That's why each plan includes a set number of reminders and assistant messages, and where Meta charges more, the amount is lower. If you run short, you add credits from My plan.

Does the free trial include CITU?

Yes, to try it: when you turn on CITU during your trial, your first 10 clients get their reminder on WhatsApp and you book 10 appointments by messaging it, at no cost. After that, CITU continues with the Estudio or Salón plan.
