Packages and areas, each with its own time
Packages range from Full face (15 minutes, $20) to Full body (40 minutes, $50) and Upper body (45 minutes, $50). Single areas, such as underarms, upper lip or full legs, run from $8 to $30 and from 15 to 20 minutes. Each service has its own duration, so the schedule only offers the times where it fits.
Colors to read the day at a glance
Each service has its own color: in DepiLab's schedule a full body session and an underarms appointment can be told apart without reading. Days with many short appointments look orderly.
Google Calendar is still her schedule
Alejandra already kept her schedule in Google Calendar. With Citalu, a Google appointment and a Citalu appointment at the same time are the same appointment, and if she moves an appointment in Google, it moves in Citalu.
What changed in Citalu because of her requests
Her days full of short appointments led to a 5-minute grid with zoom and to being able to overlap an appointment on purpose, for example underarms during a full body session. They also led to a rule that a future appointment can't be marked as attended by mistake.
How to put it into practice
