Daily Appointment Summary by WhatsApp at 8:00 am

With CITU, every morning at 8:00 am (your business's time) you get the day's appointment list on WhatsApp: the time, the client and the service. It only goes out on days when you have appointments. It also tells you when a client cancels from her reminder. It comes with the Estudio and Salón plans.

What the summary says

For example: "Good morning. You have 5 appointments today at DepiLab", and below it one line per appointment with the time in am and pm, the client's name and the service. If the list is very long, it ends with "and 4 more in your dashboard". On days with no appointments, you get nothing.

When a client cancels

If a client cancels her appointment from her pass, you get a WhatsApp with her name, the service, the day and the time, and the phrase "The time slot is now open". You have time to offer that time to another client.

When your plan is about to expire

If you pay for your plan month to month, CITU warns you before it expires, with the way to pay from your dashboard. These notices don't count toward your plan's message limit.

Reply and keep going

From the same chat you can ask CITU for tomorrow's schedule or the week's, open times or a new appointment. With /hoy, /mañana and /semana (today, tomorrow and week) you see the schedule instantly.
