Set the length of each service and each staff member's hours so you only show times they can really take. Use blocked time for breaks and room setup. If a booking comes in by phone or at the front desk, add it to the schedule so that time comes off your public page.

Share your spa's page or a link to one service. Clients choose a staff member, a date and a time, and leave their name and phone number without creating an account. From their booking link they can check the status. If you ask for a deposit, they see your payment details and upload the receipt for you to review.
Scheduling per staff member, with a clear limit
Citalu works out availability per staff member. If several people share a room, a table or equipment, you coordinate that resource and block the times: rooms are not assigned automatically. Can I ask for a deposit for a massage?
Yes. Set a fixed or percentage deposit and your payment details. The client pays outside Citalu and uploads the receipt. You check it and approve it.
Can I manage several massage therapists?
Yes. Each staff member has their own hours and services. How many staff members you can add depends on the plan.
Does it handle session packages?
No. There are no packages and sessions are not deducted automatically. Citalu covers the schedule, bookings, reminders and keeping track of clients and payments.
