WhatsApp Booking Without Losing Control of Your Schedule
With Citalu you book on WhatsApp in two ways: you send your link and the client books on her own, or you message CITU on WhatsApp, in your own words or by forwarding the client's message, and the appointment is created when you tap Book. CITU comes with Estudio and Salón, and during the trial it includes 10 bookings by chat once you turn it on. Either way, the time is blocked on your schedule.

Your link inside the chat
When a client asks about prices or times, you send your booking link. She picks the service and an open time, leaves her name, phone and email and, if you ask for a deposit, uploads the payment receipt. No back and forth to close the time.
Message CITU, without opening the dashboard
On Estudio and Salón, you message CITU from your WhatsApp, in your own words or by forwarding the client's message. CITU looks for the time in your schedule and shows you the appointment with "Book", "Add note" and "Fix". If the time is taken, it offers you the open times right away.
Why booking by chat gets tangled
Each appointment takes several messages: price, day, time and confirmation. If you reply between clients, the answer is slow. And if two people ask about the same time, you have to remember who you gave it to.
What to put in your first message
Answer what she asked and add your link. If she asks the price, give the price and the link. If she asks about a time, send the link, because it shows the real open times. That way the conversation ends in a booking and not in another question.
When the client prefers to message you
Not everyone wants to use a link, and you don't have to force them. Add the appointment to your schedule yourself. You can also paste her message into With AI so it pulls out the service, day and time. The appointment ends up like all the others, with its reminder.
How to move from chat to a schedule
Add your services with their length, and your hours. Then enter this week's appointments. From that day on, every new appointment goes into the schedule the moment you agree to it, whether it comes from the link, the chat or a phone call.
One schedule for everything
Appointments from the link, from CITU and the ones you enter by hand all land on the same schedule and block the staff member's time. That way a time you closed in chat isn't offered by the link to another client.

Frequently asked questions
Does CITU create the appointment on its own?
No. CITU shows you the appointment and creates it when you tap Book.
What if the client asks for a service I don't offer?
CITU uses the services on your service menu. If you don't have it, it asks you for the length and price and creates it when you say yes, without duplicating one that already exists.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. It works with the WhatsApp you already use.
How can I book an appointment on WhatsApp?
If you're the owner, send your booking link in the chat or enter the appointment yourself. Your client picks the time and the appointment lands on your schedule with its reminder.
Does WhatsApp have an appointment scheduler?
No. WhatsApp is for chatting, but it can't see your open times. You need a separate schedule, and you share its link in the chat.
How much does it cost to book appointments on WhatsApp with Citalu?
The schedule and the link come with every plan, from $9.99 a month, with a 14-day free trial. CITU comes with the Estudio plan, $14.99 a month, and up.
Do my clients need to create an account to book?
No. They pick the service and the time, and leave their details on your booking page.
Which is better, the link or the chat?
Use both. The link handles what repeats, and the chat is for what needs your reply, like a question about a treatment.
